1)Develop workforce plans by balancing staffing supply and demand while analyzing the business requirements
2) Maintain an active role in the delivery of talent through involvement in the recruitment plan development, interviewing and contract negotiations.
Hire, train, mentor and manage the activities of HR/Recruitment team.
3)Represent Qatar Steel & Business Lines with external partners to include but not limited to employment agencies and college/university contacts in a professional manner.

Reporting to the Vice President of Vital Resources, responsible for the Strategic Management and Development, Coordination and Implementation of all operational Human Resources activities for the company including:-
Advise on the general management of the human resource function and strategic planning issues.
Employed on a contract basis reporting to the CEO. Overall responsibility for reviewing and developing the Policy and Procedure of the various industries under the Group.. Efforts included monitoring and control of client communication, resource planning, authored administrative and human resources procedures, co-authored resource management plan for proposal submission, policy for design and coordination of document control system.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the management of day to day labor relations, compensation benefits, pension plans (defined benefit & defined contribution), foreign workers plans, employment immigration, recruitment, performance evaluation, counseling sessions, industrial relations matters.
Reporting to the Group Managing Director was responsible for the Human Resources and Administration, Operations and facilities management for branch operations.
• Assumed the key role in assisting the Company to develop and implement appropriate strategies and action plans to enhance the company’s corporate strategic planning process and expansion program.
