Responsible for all business compliance and customer service related matters.
My role included the following:
- Assisting line managers to discharge their responsibility for complying with all relevant regulations by providing advice on compliance issues,
- Planning and leading compliance audits,
- Preparing and presenting conclusions and recommendations to various levels of management and securing commitment to address observations,
- Engaging with a number of key stakeholders to ensure an integrated compliance program,
- Monitoring and reviewing the components of internal control systems that address compliance risk,
- Conducted regular reviews of the staff to ensure their adherence to the policies, procedures and regulations,
- Organizational assistance for the higher management,
- Planning, coordination, introduction of projects (such as corporate uniform provision, catering etc.),
- Purchase and inventory control of service equipment,
- Development of HR manual, company procedures & guidelines, and memos,
- Recruitment of staff,
- Planning and coordination of business trips,
- Supervisory functions (responsible for the flawless work of cabin crew and catering staff),
- Monthly analysis of passenger surveys,
- Creation of passenger data base and updates,
- General office tasks.
While working for Lufthansa German Airlines my role included:
- Passenger check-in,
- Handling of gate and arrival process,
- Lufthansa Lounge Representative - assisting all status & high profile customers,
- Ticketing and Lost & Found observations,
- Administrative tasks.
Handling daily administrative tasks in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, responsible for the German / English translations and communication with international partner universities.
