Managed the production, sales, finance, and personnel in the company's two sections: vegetable oil (soy and groundnut) factory and poultry egg production farm, implemented technical & experimental training courses for existing and new staffs in order to increase their efficiency.
Main achievements are increasing the sales and reducing the fixed costs remarkably.
Increased the market share of the company by executing sales of pharmaceuticals through tenders with Lebanese governmental institutes and hospitals (2003-2005), and with pharmacies and drugstores (2000-2003), also managed the accounts of my clients, maintained a win-win relationship with them, and contributed in market intelligence process.
Executed sales of encyclopedias through special projects coordinated with schools, educational institutes, and my personal relationships network, besides contributed in preparing seminars for students parents, and gathered market information.
My general MBA program courses focused on management and marketing. Some of the researches executed are: Portraits of the Four Personalities – Personality Test, The Seven Intelligence, Sexual Harassment at Work, E-Marketing Strategy (Middle East Airways), Force Field Analysis, Guerrilla Marketing, Social Networking.
The graduation project was entitled "Increasing Efficiency of the Sales Force in Droguerie de l'Union" and it was graded "Excellent".
