I’m responsible for a group of clients of restaurants & cafes and visit them monthly to follow up with them and make sure of them satisfaction of our service and products, take them monthly orders, prepare the monthly bills, and try to find new customers to deal with them.
I'm responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities especially the activates which related to the resource management such ( Manpower, equipment, materials ...etc.), under the direction of the PM & PMO.
Achievements:
-implement a communication system between the suppliers and the project can help everybody in the project to reach the information he want when he need it.
-organize and implement a monthly maintenance workshop for the equipment to avoid damages and the times wastage especially cause of the project location.
-coordinating and making a good relation with different local and international materials suppliers.
-Problem-solving and decision-making to reduce the wastage of time, materials, and avoid the mistake that can effect on the project schedule.
I was responsible for controlling outgoings and ingoing's mail, organizing and follow-up the work between our team and the other teams at site, the project management, sub-contractor, and the consultative Co.
Achievements:
-Demonstrated the excellent way to communicate between the site, management departments, and sub-contractor
-coordinating and making a good relation with different local and international materials suppliers.
-Problem-solving and decision-making to reduce conflicts and differences views between the team member to get to the best solution an d the fastest way to get to the objectives of the project.
I was responsible for co-ordinate the work between the clients and our agencies to fulfill the clients need, coordinate the meeting with clients, organizing the mails and workflow at the office.
Achievements:
- improve the marketing yearly plan for Modern-Touch Co. and which lead them to make our office them marketing agency.
- Implement and supervise on the Plastico Co. marketing plan, and flowing the result and correct the mistakes.
I was still studying at university and work at this institute and I was responsible for organizing the classes schedule with the students, co-ordinate the visits for the foreigners supervisors, follow-up and coordinating between the institute management and the students, represent our service to the new student and convince them to register in our institute.
Achievements:
- achieving the biggest sales percentage for Aug & Sep-2010.
- increasing the number of student in each class from 12 to 22.
- organize weekly event for the student to motivate them.
- work on new computer's courses.
