Undertook the challenging and rewarding objective of establishing and developing the HR & People Operations function from the ground up. • Spearheaded the adoption of a new HRMS, automating key workforce management processes, including Payroll, Employee Relations, and Self-service capabilities.
• Promoted positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting regular feedback sessions, and managing conflict resolution processes.
• Ensured adherence to Kuwait’s labor law, minimizing legal risks and protecting the organization's interests.

Talent Management
• Guiding all Talent Acquisition efforts for my business stakeholders, aligning expectations with outcomes.
• Administering the annual performance appraisal cycle (360°/MBO/Rating Scale) and annual rewards scheme (Performance bonus, merit Increment, promotion, salary adjustment).
• working on a pipeline of successors and high-flyers, enriching, and enlarging existing roles.
• Partner with the Learning & Development team to implement the annual TNA.
People Operations
• Constantly aiming to develop employee services and improve people's experience.
• Publishing internal talent re-allocation campaigns and administering employee transfers across divisions.
• Turnover/retention rate analysis, recognizing patterns and recommending solutions.
• Handling employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Business Partnership
• The HR business advisor, providing guidance and support, implementing HR solutions.
• Work closely with business heads on annual manpower planning and budgeting.
• Maintaining the organizational charts/structures for all business functions within my AOR.
• Coaching the business on HR policies, procedures, and local labor law.
Corporate functions recruiter, spearheading end-to-end Recruitment projects, from planning, to delivery:
• Interact with divisions/departments, brief on recruitment strategy, adhering to staffing needs.
• Plan short-term recruitment objectives, with appropriate recruitment tools and advertising channels, allocating resources.
• Analyze ROI for overseas/local recruitment events, and CV database acquisitions.
• Screen, shortlist, categorize, talent pool and negotiate offers, in liaison with concerned divisions.
• Work closely with team members to onboard and induct new joiners.
• Overseas bulk recruitment for mega projects (i.e., Mall of Qatar, Mall of Emirates, Dubai Festival City, Avenues Kuwait).
