Developing relation with Media Agencies and registration, follow up
with planners to know about client’s advertising request.
Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies for
clients.
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns.
Prospecting new clients, create a marketing plan, media planning and
execution of campaigns.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand
awareness and competition ventures.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

•Greet and Welcome visitors, Employees “Labor and Staff” coming from sites and projects and assisting them to meet concern head office staff.
•Receive calls from projects and suppliers and transferring them to concern departments and recording their messages in case calls not being attended by concern departments.
•Receive mails from Camp and forwarding to concern people in PR, ADMIN and HR departments
•Recording Received mails from sites and projects in excel file and distributing them to concern departments.
•Process and reserve booking of external mails and Infinity services from Aramex courier.
•Receive mails from post office “Bank Statements, Magazines, Registry mails” and distributing them after identifying Employee’s sites.
•Greeting suppliers and project drivers from sites coming for IT department.
•Updating Warning Letters of Labor and Staff in excel file and maintaining transmittal notes after getting receiving from Payroll Department.
•Keeping updates of PTC Reported files in excel and forwarding to concern.
•Organize and maintain files of PTC “Transferred, Reported, New Arrivals and Back from vacation”.
•Assisting seniors in case of help needed to get their work done.
• Monitor the work of cashiers on a daily basis
• Create and distribute cashier schedules and till allocation
• Supervise the activities of checkout stations on a constant basis
• Evaluate performance of cashiers and provide managers with information on appraisals
• Ensure that each customer’s transactions are processed accurately and in a time efficient manner
• Generate and maintain account related reports
• Manage bank deposit activities and make sure that cash is counted accurately at the end of each shift
• Reconcile cash with receipts at the end of each shift and make sure that any discrepancies are managed immediately
• Identify and address any accounts related problems on an immediate basis
• Identify and correct cash register errors and take measures to ensure that further errors do not happen
• Maintain and update daily, monthly and yearly accounts spreadsheets.
• Provide assistance with year-end inventory preparation.
