2. Assist Techno Functional Consultant in documenting change requests.
3. Test the change request once has been developed.
4. Deploy and test the change request on customer’s environment.
5. Get the change request sign off from the customer
6. Handle the technical support cases and handover to development department if needed.
7. Build test environments.
8. Any other duties required by management or his direct manager
