Responsible for establishing best practice procedures in the Recruitment function and recommend improvements.
Responsible for projecting a positive image of the Company and the function in dealings with applicants, user departments and external agencies.
Meets with line departments to agree on recruitment timetables for filling vacancies.
Agrees with HR Manager and line departments the best means of advertising vacancies.
Maintain systems for receiving CVs, performing first screening and arranging for departments to evaluate.
Conduct primary interviews and participate in interviews with the line managers to come up with joint decision.
Administers recruitment tests and is involved in selection of suitable tests.
Provide the immigration department with the nationalities of the expected new hires in order to ensure the availability of their work visas.
Participate in recruitment fairs to attract potential candidates.
Member in the company Qatarization Committee.
Responsible for achieving the Qatarization target by attracting & hiring the potential Qatari candidates.
Assists in annual budget preparation.
Monitors expenditure against budget and prepares reports as needed.
Organizes and participates in overseas recruitment trips.
Maintains regular contact with recruitment agents and rates their usefulness.
Builds a strong network with recruitment professionals in other QP companies.
Maintains an “In Process” database and produces weekly reports.
Supervise the hiring procedures till the employees start their work within the company departments.
Follow up the payment of the recruitment fees of the recruitment offices and agencies.
Helping foreign staff to relocate in Qatar.
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
Support the management with weekly updated report of recruitment progress.
Prepare recruitment and training policies.
Coordinate & consult with the HR Manager in preparation of manpower plan & accordingly prepare monitor and control, an efficient recruitment plan.
Managing the company’s recruitment database and application tracking system.
Plan & coordinate the international recruitment campaigns.
Preparing the forms used in the recruitment and training and training process.
Design & Advertise the job vacancies.
Sourcing candidates using a variety of cost effective methods including referrals, job portals, direct applications
Contact recruitment offices and agencies inside and outside Egypt to provide the needed staff members for the hospital.
Supervise the interviews phases and all related procedures.
Supervise the hiring procedures till the employees start their work within the hospital departments.
Follow up the payment of the recruitment fees of the recruitment offices and agencies.
Acting HR Manager in the absent of the HR manager.
Preparing contracts for expatriate nurses.
Preparing reports about all activities concerning foreign hiring to be submitted to the top management.
Supervising the procedures related to ticketing and airport arrangement.
Helping foreign staff to relocate in Egypt.
Auditing foreign nurse’s payroll.
Plan the annual Training for the hospital employees.
Supervise the implementation of the Training plan.
Receive and classify the training offers and courses.
Evaluate the training courses and training institutions and the relation between training and daily work.
