• Working closely with both technical and financial staff on the procurement of services; beginning with
purchase requisitions through the generation of purchase orders.
• Analyzing and evaluating received quotations with respect to price, quality, and date of service delivery.

• Revised work from the Creative Department for completion before delivery to clients.
• Compiled weekly status reports for each brand account handled by the company.
• Improved customers’ services by implementing a new system that monitors customer’s complaints
