Running a team of 5 members, Oversee 4 functions:
1- HR:
-Ensure all HR functions ( Recruitment, Training,
Performance) are functioning aligned with the
Organization Business Plan.
2- Administration:
- Ensure all employees are holding company
residency, and it's renewed at the right time.
- Monitoring the quota in shoun files
- Issue and renew all the license related to
open new location and
- Ensure that all F&B staff are holding
"Baladiya Cards".
3- Payroll:
- Ensure that payroll sent on time to finance Dept.
- Ensure all employees having a bank account.
4- Legal:
- Coordination with the lawyer office.
As a head of the Employee Relations function, am responsible for designing, implementing and developing an ER strategy which is aligned with business needs, in order to ensure that the ER team meets their objectives.
Responsibilities as Employee Relations Manager
• Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organization
• Leading the employee relations aspects of proposed changes to the business structure
• Contribute to the development of the Human Resource function by developing an ER strategy that is aligned with business needs
• Advice and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinarians, grievances and performance issues.
• Advice and guide on pay related matters: pay reviews, reward projects, changes to pay related terms.
• Keep up to date with current ER legislation and ensure this is updated in the company’s Human Resource policies.
• Manage the employee relations team effectively to ensure objectives are met
• Recruit the qualified staff
• Conduct the induction for the new joiner
Job Summary:
Responsible for retaining employees and maintaining their satisfaction through administering personnel issues and controlling discipline
Responsibilities
1. Assist in the design, planning and administration of employee
benefits programs.
2. Supervise the administration health and welfare benefit plans.
3. Supervise renewal of contracts and preparations of residency visas.
4. Work with outside legal counsel, vendors and insurance providers on plan modifications, communication and annual renewals.
5. Analyze employee turnover to identify trends and develop retention.
6. Manage the payroll process in coordination with the Finance Department.
7. Provide training to employees on benefit programs and policies.
8. Conduct surveys to identify employee needs and satisfaction, and identify cultural gaps that impact workplace.
9. Counsel employees with job-related concerns; investigate employee complaints and provide guidance to management regarding resolution.
10. Explain to employees the HR policies and procedures, and ensure their adherence to the policies and labor law.
11. Administer discipline and related dismissal procedures.
12. Update employee data on system and assure quality of data.
13. Assist management in writing letters, memos and other communications for release to employees.
14. Participated in ABYAT First Open Day for recruting : Sales, After sales, CRM staff
Bank reconciliation, Creating Debit, Credit noted & invoices.
Prepare the PVs & JVs
Reconciling the intercompany accounts, and Treasury accounts
My responsibilities as HR Coordinator were:
1- Communicate with teachers via email and answer their questions the moment they sign the job offer till they arrive to Kuwait.
2- Prepare Employee Contracts
3- Register Employees in the medical insurance program, and coordinate between the insurance company and the employees.
4- Arrange the Ticket booking for the employees to their destination.
5- Arrange the business Trips.
6- Answer the employees queries
7- Prepare all type of certificates required by employees
8- Monitor Attendance
9- Prepare payroll.
My responsibilities as Accountant were:
1- Register Cash In/Out
2- Bank reconciliation
3- Analysis the expenses
4- Post to the daily journal
5- Track the staff and the vendor ledgers
