Prepares the Cleaning Plan, and plans the required manpower, Supplies and Consumables
Prepares and monitors the work schedule on a daily basis for assigning manpower and Equipment
Ensures history of data is captured in SAP or the upon agreed system
Periodic review of the works schedule and suggestions for improvement
To schedule appointments with the residents for any special services requests.
To receive and record all telephone calls and make service schedules required by guest.
To write down and forward all guest requests to the related department for immediate actions.
To follow up maintenance request to ensure immediate action.

•Prepare a comprehensive filing system to suit contract requirements and maintain project records.
•Coordinate with quantity surveyors in preparing evaluations for main contractor payments at regular intervals as indicated in contract. •Coordinates with site coordinator on progress of work done by main contractor and in keeping site records.
•Coordinate with procurement department to verify a certain item and time implications in a contract.
•Ensure and verifies provisional sums to be administered in accordance with contract requirements.
•Ensure notices are submitted within the period allowed in contract.
•Assemble potential claim files with all support documentation. Coordinate with quantity surveyors in preparing final accounts for submission to consultant.
•Coordinate with different sub-contractors regarding payments and contract documents. •Initiate and draft all correspondences with consultant in accordance to contract matters for SPM to review and sign. Perform all the activities listed under the Contract Administrator.
Prepare list of variations and submit the priced variations to Client.
•Review the subcontractor’s claims and request for EOT and recommend action to the Project Manager
