Duration 1st oct 2008 till march 2008 Nature of duties handled • Briefing employees about the hotel occupancy, check in , checkouts of the day, allotting them designated areas for work . • Taking utmost care of area guests and getting their feedback for any improvements if requires. • Clearing the departure rooms after the room attendant finishes cleaning and giving it for new arrival guest after all the emanates are placed . • Maintaining a hotel standard by taking training for room attendants. • Solving guest problems if any and assure them in future not to repeat again.
