Work description: In charge of pre-sales & marketing of Trio Software's web based applications for the hospitality industry. Conducted the training, implementation and first line support to all clients. Some of my customers includes the Crystal Crown Hotels, Bayview International Hotels, YTC Hotels, Bayou Lagoon Resort, Permaisuri Resorts, The Plaza Hotel, Hotel Nova among others.

a) Vista Point Of Sales (DOS & Windows version), using Paradox/Borland Database. Software is used in Fancl House (retail), Spinelli Coffee and PRGR Golf (retail)
b) IDS Fortune POS - running on Microsoft SQL Database on Windows NT platform. Providing customer support for Sizzler Steaks & Salad Restaurants.
c) Vista Stock & Inventory system running on Borland Database on Windows 98.
d) Harmony Property Management System & Omni Call Accounting System - Running on Visual FoxPro on Windows 2000 Professional for hotels. Completed the installation, training and commissioning at Parkview Hotel, Broadway Hotel and Alexandria Hotel.
e) OMNI POS - Point of Sales running on Visual FoxPro on Windows 2000. Implemented at the Parkview Hotel Singapore.
f) Guestmate PMS - Running on Advance PICK on SCO Unix.
