Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and expand into new markets.
Oversee the budget and financial performance of the country.
Design and create the annual COP (Commercial Operation Plan)
Achieve assigned Country profit goals.
Full responsible for pricing strategy
Manage and control all business-related issues with our current partners (forecast, budgets, payments, debit notes, stock file, shipment releasing, RA activities and business development).
Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
Develop sales and distribution of products.
Set monthly sales target and FOC item scheme.
Recruit, train, and coach medical representatives to ensure high performance and professionalism.
Monitor closely and follow up on sales and distribution trends of medical representatives and key customers.
Meet with potential customers and develop long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Set sales goals, analyze performance.
Hire, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Promote the company’s existing brands and introduce new products to the market.
Implement new sales plans and advertising.
Recruit, train, schedule, coach and manage marketing & sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
Develop pricing schedules and rates.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
Coach, train, counsel & recruit new medical representative.
Build relationships with KOL and establish long term business partnerships with them.
Meet all sales goals.
Track weekly, monthly & quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Promote products to the assigned group with efficiency.
