As editor and public relations, I am responsible for writing a monthly travel article as well as securing strategic partnerships with radio and print media.

Just recently launched, ODU Media is the new Marketing and Communications division of the magazine, OutdoorUAE.

•Copy writing: press releases for external clients - thinking of creative ways to position the client in the media.
•Liaising with the media to position articles

Laura Kate Australia Pty Ltd is an online start up within the fitness, health and lifestyle sector. www.laurakateaustralia.com. I was responsible for the entire development and launch of this company.

Adventure HQ is an outdoor adventure superstore located in Times Square Centre, Dubai. I was hired for this contract to formulate the brand rollout strategy, the marketing plan as well as develop content for the marketing collateral.
Responsibilities:
•Planning: Annual marketing plan, strategy, marketing calendar, marketing budget
•Project Management: Coordinating external agencies (PR and advertising) for the Grand Opening Launch
•Brand Management
•Copy writing: Entire website, marketing plan, Adventure HQ brand presentation, ambassador contracts, briefs for external agencies and internal departments
This position was a 6 month assignment researching and analysing the Middle East to assess the viability of exporting lobster. Upon completion of this research, I was then required to develop and implement the business strategy.

• Awarded the Sanitarium prize for International Marketing based upon my discoveries and coordination of activities.
Brand and Marketing Manager
This role required me to manage the brand development and marketing of a unique personal training service designed for Brides-to-be and group fitness Boot Camps for school girls.
Responsibilities;
• Business Development: B2B and B2C - I was regularly required to pitch to school staff. Upon their expression of interest I would develop and present formal proposals as well as conduct dynamic presentations to the 100+ borders
