As an HR and Admin Officer i was responsible for the recruitment and training in the company and for the personnel requirements of the employees ( data on the system Mena Itech, their medical and life insurance, probation period, appraisal, monthly reporting, progress report, salary certificates, sick leave reports)
1)Follow up to receive annual manpower requirements of all departments.
2)Filter incoming job applications based on qualifications and coherence with job requirements.
3) Set up interviews with potential candidates, and recommend a second interview for qualified candidates.
4) Prepare employee contracts and job offers.
5) Update or develop new Job Description and communicate with the Department Heads to collect the required data through job analysis questionnaire.
6)Prepare Orientation Program to new employees to prepare them for the organization’s culture.
7) Communicate with the Department Head for the completion of the Probation Evaluation of a new employee.
Performance Management
8)Notify and follow up with Department Heads to set Department and individual Objectives.
9)Follow up with Departments on Performance Appraisal Process
10) Maintain records of appraisals and development needs identified in performance reviews.
11) Prepare letters such as termination letters or warning letters (approved by HR Manager) and forward to employees.
12) Review disciplinary actions and grievances to assure that proper procedures were followed.
13) Maintain employee exit interview
14)Assist in developing a succession planning program for management employees.
15) Medical & Life Insurance for all employees
16 ) Ensure compliance with the CMA & KSE regarding all registered positions & informed person
Analyze current credit data and financial statements of individuals or firms to determine the degree of risk
Involved in extending credit or lending money. Prepare reports with this credit information for use in decision-making
Confer with credit association and other business representatives to exchange credit information
Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, savings data, payment history, and purchase activity.
Call the client to give him an appointment to sign the contracts.
