1. Checking of Design Drawings and Specifications, Preparation of Quantity Takeoff, and Preparation of Other Technical Documents to be submit for Bidding.
2. Preparations of Queries / Clarifications to be submitted to the Consultant / Client for a proper evaluations of the Tender.
3. Prepares Project Scheduling Proposal and Construction Methodology for Tender Purpose.
4. Conducts Site visits as Instructed by the Manager In Charge.
5. Preparation of Quantity take off (BOQ) to be issued for Tender
6. Assisting the person in charge in answering Queries and/or clarifications regarding the Tender documents raised by the Tenderers during tender stage for the proper evaluation of the Tenders
7. Assisting the person in charge in evaluating the Tender submitted by the Tenderers up to the Preparation of Tender Report and Contract
8. Certifying the Monthly Interim Valuation Certificate submitted by the Contractor with the supervision of the Project Manager In Charge.
9. Check and approved Variations when Quantities are concerned submitted by the Contractor and preparing necessary Variation Orders (V.O.'s) for Client's approval.
10. Assisting the Project Manager In charge for determining the Current and/or Final cost of the Project after taking into considerations all approved V.O.'s.
11. Preparations of the Necessary Completion Certificate and Issuance of the Contractors Retention when Project Ends.
12. Attends Project Management meeting if required and give s some advice if needed
