Coordinate with the logistics /insurance company and prepare the shipping documents, such as commercial invoice/ packing list/ COO.
Follow up the delivery and make sure deliver the items to client on time. And update the delivery status form daily.
Build the relationship with the regular suppliers and negotiate the prices with them.
Explore and analysis the vendors resources
Summarize the Local Purchase Orders received daily, confirm the stock, and prepare the delivery;
Do the local purchases of the Non-stock item, such as the inquiry, make the LPO and arrange the collection of the goods;
Assistant the account department to arrange the invoices and delivery order, and update the payment statue.
Coordinate the sales and logistics department, update the delivery status daily.
Update the suppliers and customers’ information regularly, and exploit new suppliers.
Assist the customers and provide a excellent customer service.
Use the strong sales skills/ interpersonal skills/products knowledge/industry trends to provide a good sale(including IPB/AVG)
Request the best sellers from warehouse and make transfer out for the slow-moving items weekly.
