Key Responsible Areas
• Directed all human resources functions including recruitment, hiring, training, on boarding and employee relations.
• Coordination of various projects recruitment/staffing and administration affairs.
• Conduct Induction, Orientation training and ensure to complete joining formalities to the new joiners.
• Counseling and motivation talk which can improve good employee relations and morale between employee and company.
• Generating and maintaining the master data of the manpower
• Maintaining Data bases of manpower supply to major Oil & Gas projects.
General Administration
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the top management at head office, Kuwait including KSA new office.
Organizing, arranging and coordinating official meetings at head office, Kuwait including KSA new office. (Under HR Department)
Provide general support to visitors/clients in Head office of NBTC.
Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc. including KSA new office.
Employee grievances
All sorts of employee grievances are handled both on a daily basis at the manufacturing facility and by visiting employee accommodation facility on a monthly basis.
Handling the accident and death cases of staffs while in Kuwait by coordinating all the ministry related works till sending the mortal remains to their concerned countries.
Recruitment:
Responsible in entire recruitment process starting from maintaining resume data bank to screening the candidate, salary negotiations and issuing an offer & appointment letters & deployments.
Support the HR Managers with the Performance Review process, including year-end reviews and development plans.
Employee Relations: Resolving employee grievances in a prompt manner and develop faith in employees towards the management.
Payroll Processing:
Consolidation of payroll with all inputs like collection on attendance, leaves, new hires, employee information changes, loans, advances, and reimbursements etc.
Administration - Handling all administration related activities like handling & building of new labors camp, extension of factory space etc.
Coordinate repairs to office equipment in coordination with maintenance department.
Coordinate with staff in other departments and with external contacts regarding their admin. Requirements.
Order and maintain stationery and equipment
Arrange in-house and external events for clients in Food industry.
Employee grievances

Main areas covered are:
Recruitment, joining formalities, induction, handling employee database (both in soft form and files management), contract renewal, leaves and attendance management, transfer, handling the payroll, exit-interviews, full and final settlement, explaining the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees, motivating the employees, providing constructive inputs to training and development and OD.
Event coordination for employees, administration coordination.
