Logistics:
* Handle all Import Export shipments in UAE and all Customs Related matters.

Customer Service:
* Ensure highest levels of customer service are provided to our customers &
also driving target of 100% ECSL. Monitor customer order backlogs on daily

Procurement:

Inventory:
* Manage Inventory valuation, inventory accuracy, # of turns, value & % of slow
moving & obsolete stock & for driving lowest levels of inventory possible.
Order Forecast:
* Order forecast with past history and sales expectation.
* Maintain safety stock and order with suppliers on time to have smooth sales
Reporting & Analyzing:
* Reporting - Control, monitor & report all Supply Chain KPI's on a regular basis
daily, weekly & monthly. ECSL, Logistics & warehousing costs, inventory value
& turns, % slow moving & obsolete.
* Follow-up with Sales on pending orders/deliveries and hold stocks.
* Reviews the method of operations on an ongoing basis and identifies areas for
improvement.
