My responsibilities includes :

- Independently managing complete recruitment process
- Developing & enlisting job advertisements, maintaining a close liaison with local universities & technical institutions for recruiting fresh graduates
- Maintaining efficient and timely recruitment practices and processes. Provide cost-effective, efficient and innovative solutions (utilizing Internet, direct search, referrals, advertising, and search firms) to meet staffing needs.
- Head hunting
- Conducting salary surveys for different positions as per management requirement
- Identifying & targeting potential resources, shortlisting, screening & interviewing candidates from entry level to senior level positions
- Conducting talent acquisition visits on different recruitment venues like (University Open House, Job Fairs & Site Interviews)
- Responsible to ensure and assist departments in manpower planning and succession planning
- Coordinating interviews with head office in USA
- Coordinating Performance appraisal system
- Managing all the activities that lead to Internal & External employer Branding;
- Preparing all required reports relates to recruitment needs
- Conducting background referral check
- Ensure completion of New Hire pre-screening document like Interview assessment & Interview feedback forms.
- Responsible for the onboarding & conducting new hire orientation

This position is responsible for providing support to employees and managers on topics including, but not limited to, hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance appraisals, compensation & promotions. I am the first line of contact for management/employee queries.I assist my immediate manager in design, development & implementation of various policies, programs and procedures and other tasks including:
