implementation.
• Planning training programs and curricula, monitoring market needs and updating programs
offered.
• Setting annual targets cascaded to quarters and monthly targets, identifying required resources
and enablers to achieve those targets.
• Increasing sales through advertising campaigns such as Email Campaigns, Social Media, SMS

• Expanding the Training Center’s services to include corporates as well as individuals .

• Developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
• Performance management and teams development skills.
• Managing and directing the daily activities of the Training Center and directing the organization
of training activities and holding training courses.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and customers, provide effective
solutions and maintain high standards of service.
• Preparing budgets and negotiating contracts.
• Arranging training courses in the kingdom and abroad.
• Reviewing and audit the quality manual.
• Empowering the attainment of ISO 9001 and ISO 10015 certificates.
