1. Planning and promoting for the HSE culture and programs.
2. Investigating Incidents and preparing incidents report to identify the root causes of the incident and to suggest the suitable control measures for the causes lead to the incident.
3. Ensuring that the work is being executed in accordance to the HSE procedures.
4. Conducting regular HSE audits and inspections and advice the management about the findings and suggests recommended corrective actions.
5. Organize and participate in the Risk Assessment revision campaign that held when necessary.
6. Prepare the yearly budgets.
7. Train the staff (fire fighting, SWP, confined space entry…)
8. Organize & plan the Fire drills.
9. Update the oil spill response plan.
10. Organize and take the lead to conduct the scheduled offshore Oil Spill Response Exercises.
11. Revise and update the HSE training needs of the staff.
12. Lead ISO14001 internal audits as lead auditor.
13. Conduct a refreshing training in ISO14001.
