• Reporting directly to the international supply chain director, I was leading fast track Greenfield project of new Henkel 6th of October city detergent plant. The plant successfully started the production after 18 months from design phase.
• Directly managing the project CAPEX, main contractor, project consultant governmental and authority’s approvals during the construction life time.
• Hiring of the plant organization of more than 20 managers and administrative personal as well as more than 80 production and maintenance technicians.
• Setting the systems and standards for plant startup including contractual agreements with service providers in different fields.
• Managing all plant day to day operations with overall responsibilities for Health & safety, production, maintenance, quality and administration departments.
• Coordinate plant activities through planning with departments’ managers to insure accomplishment of manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner.
• Develop and control profits, plans, and budget.
• Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, work force, wages and salaries.
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
