Follows up the implementation and the changes to the Information Technology plan on small projects, Installs standard hardware and software, provides basic automation support and coordination to EDRA staff, Performs a broad range of varied automation and communications related work activities.
-Installing the upgrades and security batches of hardware and software systems.

-Managing the operating system AD to match the company's organization by distributing the authorizations of each employee due to his title also the same with the internal applications like INFOR/JDE/GP and Exchange systems.
-Planing, applying and developing the LAN settings and applications points connected and controlled by Cisco switches.
-Ensuring the software licensing laws are adhered to EDRA standards.
