• Prepare complete IT business plan for the entities with the required budget.
• Prepare executive level and comprehensive recommendation for the ERP system for the campus.
• Monitor new developments in the IT field and evaluate their applicability to the company and Subsidiary Companies.
• Develop and implement the IT strategy and plan, setting up IT risk management policies.
• Performs IT audit procedures as part of a team/independently, in accordance with the approved audit programmed, and on certain areas as determined by the senior IT auditor or internal audit supervisor.
• Analyze and Prepare RFI's (Request of Information) of all IT systems (software and hardware) requirements of all Company’s and send it to the vendors and then prepare the related technical and financial comparison study to recommend the best suiting the requirements.
• Manage and Control all maintenance contract (SLA) of the Software, Hardware, Infrastructure systems of the all Company’s.
• Prepare training and key performance indicator plans for the team.
•Providing inputs as member of senior management team in developing the strategy and business plans for all departments.
•Develop training plan for all employees on different systems running in the company.
• Research for new solutions serving the organization and achieve business objectives.
•Ensure • Ensure that all data is fully secure and updated; Enforce strong security, privacy and change controls in all operational systems.
•Enforce standard operational procedures.
