Program Scope:
CRM transformation Program worth than 120 M EGP, this Program intent to transform all CRM IT applications to the new modern/standard technologies, Managing multiple Vendors from Egypt (IBM) and Italy (Accenture).

Program Scope:
This is the most critical project type since it’s driven by NTRA (which regulate telecommunication industry in Egypt) and affect almost millions of customers.
NPC (Numbering Plan Change) project.
NPC project touches all Etisalat Customer base (about 20 Million) in all IT Apps to cope with NTRA requirements to change the Customer MSISDNs adding additional digit, with no tolerance in customer experience, timelines and project quality ( it’s one life time project holding the company image in front of our valuable customers and our compotators as well).

Leading application support team proving 24X7 support (L2 and L3 support) to mainframe batch system
(IPACS Information Processing Allocation Costing System), working with mainframes Z/OS systems under
DB2 DBMS using batch control language JCL (Job Control Language), Jobs Scheduling tools developed by
C.A like CA-view and CA-7, developing data and system solutions and maintain data systems integrity by
Handling customers SR’s, CR’s starting from requirements gathering phase till solution implementation,

down link equipments (encoder- decoder-receiver-high power amplifiers-spectrum analyzer-up converters-
Power combiner-modulator- Antenna…) which used to obtain a communication between the transmission
location and the Nile sat. Moreover I was responsible of maintaining a line of site microwave links between
the outdoor location and the master Control inside the TV building using microwave equipment such as;
Gigawave and Continental equipments (head-control-antenna system).Also I’m responsible for the
maintenance of all used equipments
As preserve officer. I was responsible of my unit network, computer labs, H/W and S/W installing,
Seminars preparation as well as preparing presentations and demos.
I was also responsible of some navigational equipment such as; radar and GPS and DGPS, whereby I
gathered, analyzed and calculated data for future usage.
Such experience gave me the ability to work under pressure and advanced my physical & mental skills.
Being responsible of equipments and men and gave me Leadership & Team Management skills.
Furthermore working for long times-can travel any time anywhere- enhanced my ability to handle hard
situations.
