 CRM Transformation Program (2011 - still running).
Program Scope:
CRM transformation Program worth than 120 M EGP, this Program intent to transform all CRM IT applications to the new modern/standard technologies, Managing multiple Vendors from Egypt (IBM) and Italy (Accenture).

 Siebel implementation for
-Campaign management
-Call Center
-Order management.
-SFA (Sales Force Automation)
 Tibco/AFS for Middle ware - Order management.
 NBA (Next Best Activity), Cordiant, Pega systems.
 Deploy new Data Center for the new CRM Program.
 NTRA (National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority) Program. (2009-2011)
Program Scope:
This is the most critical project type since it’s driven by NTRA (which regulate telecommunication industry in Egypt) and affect almost millions of customers.
 NPC (Numbering Plan Change) project.
NPC project touches all Etisalat Customer base (about 20 Million) in all IT Apps to cope with NTRA requirements to change the Customer MSISDNs adding additional digit, with no tolerance in customer experience, timelines and project quality ( it’s one life time project holding the company image in front of our valuable customers and our compotators as well).
 Collecting missing customer’s data Via IVR Project.
 New pre-paid customer activation process Program (8 projects).
 New mobile range (NDC +20152XXXXXXX) project.
 New Mobile range (NDC +20155XXXXXXX) project.
 New Corporate MNP (Mobile Number Portability) program (7 Projects).
This was a breakthrough project, its first time to introduce Corporate MNP concept in the Egyptian market

This is IVR contingency project to segment overload calls on the main IVR system.

HP BTO worth more than 15 M EGP, managing multiple vendors from Canada, Turkey, Egypt, Romania, South Africa, Netherlands, UK and Germany, delivery HP product to Etisalat different teams ( Testing, NOC, Network, PMO Governance, App Support, Service Desk, Unix & Win Admins, …)
