 Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions.
 Responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and, in some cases designing communication networks within an organization.
 Achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems.
 Architect, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data and voice infrastructure Architect, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms supporting a complex corporate data and voice infrastructure.
 Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
 Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
 Provide technical support and assistance for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware for users.
 Oversees and/or participates in the establishment of deliverable systems by executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks and operating and system management systems including development of necessary documentation as required.
 Acts as the Lead Systems Engineer per procedure for very complex projects as determined by Manager that affect multiple systems, involve several suppliers/teaming partners, and require frequent customer interface.
 Moreover, to ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance for their users with high security levels.
