•Responsible for the Customer Service: Handling Shippers’ complaints when shipments deviate from planned projections
•Monitored fuel consumption: tracking and updating bunker quotations, quantity supplied, fuel consumption, bunker survey and monitoring the fuel consumption
•Cross department coordination: coordinating with the Accounting, Operations & IT Department to decrease error risk
-Logistics and stock control: logistics management of terminals: terminal system and data entry control (make sure that data are matched and synced with shipper system, including unit’s delivery, blocks, measurement and damages).
-Waiver Control: by issuing BESC/ECTN for Pointenoire, Cotonou, Lome
destinations.
