Responsible for all operations transactions in the branch.
• Controlling all cash transactions.
• Controlling and reviewing all new opened accounts.
• Supervising the staff, and guiding them to ensure the implementation of all bank policies and
procedures.

• Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager with responsibility for operational and people
management.
• Monitoring and controlling branch compliance in all areas, including customer care, effective
planning, staff training and development, and time management.
• Supporting management and staff to help create their own successful and productive team and
become effective team members.
Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing
checks; issuing savings withdrawals; answering questions in person or on telephone; referring to
other bank services.
• Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services
and product promotions; ascertaining customers' needs; directing customers to a branch
representative.
• Completes special requests by closing accounts; taking orders for checks; exchanging foreign
currencies; providing special statements, copies, and referrals; completing safe-deposit box
procedures.
Making the monthly payments on time
