Responsible for the organizing and planning for 14 stores, with a 9 Million Riyal turnover per annum. Involved in Strategic Account Service Management, sales forecasting / demand planning, vendor management, and retail return policy.
Duties:
• Deputizing for the Area Manager, supporting and overseeing shop openings.
• Overseeing the recruitment of new sales and retail staff also responsible for training and induction programs for new staff members.
• Day to day running and operating of stores.
• Ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation in all branches.
• Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
• Controlling shrinkage, wages, write-off, and cash control and store expenditure.
.Responsible for the entire Stores Operations, Training, Inventory Control, Cash Management, Store Administration etc.
•Ensuring exceptional customer service experience for each customer every time.
•Ensuring smooth operations on and off the shop floor.
•Handling a team of 14 colleagues
•Managing area of 2500 sq.ft. (approx.).
•Managing a Business of. 13 million Riyal Yearly
•ROI calculations and analysis regularly.
•Ensuring Controllable costs are maintained within the budget
•Responsible for Ordering, Checking and Maintaining Stock levels.
•Managing Inventory of around 270000 singles
•Ensuring Profitability by reviewing SPRs regularly.
•Effectively managed store payroll including overtime and temp expenses.
•Managed daily cycle counts, receiving variances, and quality of inventory.
•Processed applicants and potential employees in compliance with company and EEOC standards.
•Supported employees during the peak period and manages the store schedule.
•Responsible for daily financial, accounting, and inventory control.
•Responsible for following safety guidelines as set by the company.
•Implemented store promotions and achieve sales and financial objective, within a timely manner.
•Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of store’s operations: marketing, merchandising, inventory, pricing, training, employees.

• Conducting brand analysis & analysis of consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance
• Analyzing consumers and providing brand information to support channel marketing
• Reviews channel and customer-specific point-of-purchase trade plans and provides feedback on consistency with marketing plan.
• Analyzing current performance and market conditions to stretch revenue goals for upcoming year.
