Leading the department 3 sections teams : the Warehouses, the material planning and control, and the scrap sorting and Material handling sections.

1) in charge of sourcing, prequalification, tendering, negotiation, procurement activities and
contract management for Solvay Alexandria Sodium Carbonate company :
The project involves 6 packages, civil works, steel structure Mechanical installation, piping supply
& Installation, HVAC and Electrical and Instrumentation.
2) in charge of sourcing, prequalification, tendering, procurement activities and contract
management for L’oreal project.
3) Controlling of all procurement activities for any ongoing negotiations for new projects.
