4) Maintenance work with different types of mechanical power transmission like gear
Pulley, belt chain sprocket, clutch, and coupling, overhauling, assembly, troubleshooting
and inspection of gear and gearbox, different kinds of pump likes centrifugal, stage, Filter spry etc,
pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder, electric motor, blower and roll block assembly, repair and
maintenance of rotary equipment

Performs daily assignment which is to check and repair the cold rolling mill equipments.
Achieve preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical rotating equipments
Ability to welding, fabrication, pipe fitting jobs, coupling alignment and checking the thickness of static equipments and pipelines.
Repairing and overhauling of pumps, oil coolers, heat exchangers, valves and pneumatic cylinders
Performs daily assignment which is to check and repair the Production covering goods equipments.
Achieve preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical rotating equipment
Teacher in practical working on lathe machines and scraper machines
Working on the lathe machines
