• Manage the recruitment and onboarding of external contractors for STC’s outsourced operations that involve among others: supervising the search, sourcing, selection, negotiation and onboarding of qualified candidates.
• Monitor adherence to contracts between STC and its contractor companies with regard to HR and other administrative process and procedures.

• Manage the Bank outsourcing and onboarding activities in various recruitment stages such as CV sourcing, shortlisting of candidates, interviewing, document verification, offer negotiation, pre and onboarding, hiring, post boarding and recruitment surveys.
• Deliver a superior new hire experience by providing a high level of customer service and maintain best practice throughout the pre-employment onboarding process.
• Ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms according to the policy and guidelines while maintaining data integrity.
• Audit all candidate information, verify background investigations and drug-test results, oversee the fingerprinting and licensing processes as applicable as well as adhere to record retention guidelines.
• Interact with new Hires, Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, Hiring Managers/Executives and other areas of Human Resources as needed.
• Provide great customer service while answering questions and provide update status on any recruitment stage.
• Ensure focus on 100% world class and highly effective orientation experience for New Hires.
• Effectively use the Employee Experience Journey Mapping in order to better understand employees and identify the best way to engage them.
• Develop report and act upon Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure effectiveness and success.
