, develops, monitors, and ensures the implementation of systems, processes, operations relating to back office and store operations. Manages the coordination and execution of all yarketing plans and programs for every account including post evalution on effectiveness of marketing campaigns/programs
Ensure proper coordination with warehouse and brand groups on timely, accurate, sufficient, and right mix of inventory in all accounts/stores
Evaluates business feasibility by applying the project management practices - conversion of business opportunities into quantifiable objectives, assessment of the attainability of objectives, resource allocation, risk management, cost to sales, marketing plans, and project implementation/scheduling
Handles escalated customer complaints
Conducts periodic business reviews in conjunction with the overall business operation
Develop business plans for the accounts to ensure achievement of sales objectives
Manage Account Managers and Account executives and ensuring that they possess the correct selling, training, and marketing skills
Recommends policies, procedures, and trainings to improve the sales force
Responsible in overseeing the operations of Customer Interaction Center, liaise with third party merchandising agency on sales & marketing strategies and responsible for coordination with logistics.
Leads strategic plans for CIC that are aimed to improve contribution margins of customer satisfaction
Drives achievement of set Metrics and Service Levels
Provides quantitative analysis on performance metrics
Monitors compliance to service quality and corporate brand image
Formulates and manages budget
Designs and implements reports to establish trends on operational issues as they arise
Develops monitoring and control systems and procedures
Works with SBUs to resolve operational concerns
Reviews and improves on the evaluation form for assessing the performance of agency-partners in merchandising.
Coordinates with agency partner on timely and proper implementation of Sales & Marketing Promotions, PlanOgram, approved Shelf Display facing, Distress Promos, BO return procedures with correct documentation for rebates, stock transfers in coordination with Sales Coordinators.
Ensures and monitors quantity deployment of agency partners’ merchandisers aligned with the approved budget. Monitors attendance, outright replacement absentees and resigned employees
Coordinates with Sales and Merchandising Agency timing of merchandiser deployment for new outlet opening and reduction for closing stores
Checks merchandiser billing and ensures compliance to contract details, agreed manning complement and man-hours, regular and special holiday work ruling.
Conducts regular trade checks to ensure high quality of service of merchandisers deployed in our outlets and determine training needs to improve/sustain their performance
Manages workload and project assignments of direct reports
Develops staff through training, coaching, regular communication, performance appraisal and feedback
Prepares business plans, KRAs, KPIs and action plans
Responsible in the overall management of Central Visayas operation of the company.
Ensures that sales and collection objectives are met at a minimum cost.
Regularly works with sales representatives both for retail and food service to ensure proper display and visibility of products in trade outlets; on-time execution of promos; and new products are pipelined at the targeted accounts
Maintains excellent relationship with trade partners (buyer, purchaser, chef, and owners) by doing regular visits
Reviews weekly order assessment with warehouse coordinator to ensure stocks ordered are sufficient and avoid overstocking.
Regularly meets with staff (sales and operation) to manage issues and concerns of their respective department.

Responsible in managing the merchandising operation of the company which comprises of 250 total merchandisers, coordinators and admin staff.
Ensures that overall merchandising needs of principal are met.
Reviews promotions of principals for cascading to the merchandising group.
Works in close coordination with the HR staff and Finance staff to ensure on time payment and correct payroll and liquidation of allowances are given to the people.
Reviews materials requests and ensures that all are within the budget.
Maintains excellent relationship with trade partners by doing weekly visits in outlets.
Responsible in managing the merchandising group nationwide which comprises of 138 merchandisers and 10 merchandising coordinators.
Ensures that promotions both national and store initiated are properly monitored and implemented.
Reviews weekly inventory report, merchandisers’ feedback summary and tradecheck reports.
Works in close coordination with both the sales and marketing groups to identify issues on stock level inventory, near expiration; late implementation of promos; and trade concerns such as bad order returns.
Summarizes and analyzes trade audit reports to identify gaps in marketing, sales, warehouse, and trade marketing.
Ensures good relationship with trade partners by doing weekly visits in outlets.
Responsible for overseeing proper implementation of regional, segment, and national marketing programs in the North Luzon region.
Works hand in hand with Segment marketing group in the development of promotional work plans and implementing guidelines of different segment programs
Cascades to all sales regions new segment marketing programs for availment and execution
Reviews assigned region’s (North Luzon) Regional programs and endorses to Comptroller for budget approval and execution
Reviews and aligns all endorsement forms according to the set guidelines/parameters of Segment marketing group as well as North Luzon regional programs
Collates and evaluates all Segment marketing and North Luzon regional program results and recommends necessary adjustments in budget and target
Validates and monitors all Segment marketing programs and North Luzon regional programs’ RFPs, Accrual and Closure Reports
Conducts competitive trade checks on current competitor promos and pricing structure in all Trade levels
Reviews regional PWPs (promotional work plan) and work recommendation for regional programs and festival promo/selling activities of North Luzon region with close coordination with Regional Trade Marketing Group
Assures effective process flow in the approval of regional and festival programs.
Preparation and mapping of daily coverage to different affinity groups to offer various programs relevant to their respective organizations.
Research/gather updated lists of different affinity groups such as cooperatives, NGOs, LGUs, schools/ universities, etc in the area of assignment.
Presentation of livelihood programs and/or marketing programs (given by regional/national TMG and or marketing division) to affinity groups. Makes sure that necessary follow-ups are done after each presentation.
Tailor-fit marketing and livelihood programs to the needs of targeted organizations.
Ensures success of programs executed to make repeat business possible and gain good relationship with affinity partners.
Regularly updates existing alliance partners of new Globe and Touch Mobile services such as promos, special tariff rates on calls and SMS.
Constant coordination with dealer sales counterpart and trade distributor to align planned programs.
