Receiving of outgoing and incoming items.
Transferring of items using ICG software.
Receiving of newly shipped items using ICG software.
Changing of bar codes using ICG software.
Preparing items to be delivered in the designated branches.
Preparing ordered items that was going outside U.A.E
Arranging of items on their designated areas or brands.
Making sure that the warehouse should be neat at all times.
- Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools.
- Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.
- Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems.
-Perform Claims auditing, assessing and analyzing within scope of policies and procedures.
- Generate Report and extract data when needed to complete day to day task.
- Attend Calls and escalate processes issues.
- Create RCAs and action plan to improve process.
- Do huddles and cross trainings within the project.
