 Prepare client reports such as investment proposals and financial document summaries.
 Support the Group Head in managing the existing multi asset investment portfolios; monitoring, analyzing and rebalancing to ensure that market/economic changes or performance changes are included in the re-assessment.
 Assess client’s risk appetite and investment requirements and create optimal asset allocation strategies.
 Provide AUB’s Private Banking and Corporate Banking clients with tailored investment solutions and services.
 Provide private bankers with support for investment and funds capital raises.
 Work closely with private bankers to provide clients with superior services and investment advice.
 Work closely with the Real Estate Fund Management team and Product Development teams at AUB-Bahrain to ensure delivery of investment strategies and client investment needs in Kuwait.
 Support in the sourcing, evaluation and acquisition of potential real estate investments in target markets.
 Coordination of internal and external resources to analyze direct investments in real estate assets, real estate private equity funds, direct real estate co-investments and secondary real estate private equity acquisitions.
 Gather, analyze and synthesize economic, demographic and real estate market data (rents, expenses, cap rates, supply, etc). Monitor capital markets developments and trends, regulatory changes, and the general economic environment.
 Compile and evaluate due diligence materials including market studies, leases, historical operating statements, rent rolls and property condition reports.
 Provide analytical support on a wide variety of assignments including market research, review of property operating statements, cash flow modeling analysis, property valuations, as well as conduct site visits and property inspections.
 Coordinate third-party engagements with property providers, fund providers, including attorneys, brokers, property managers, consultants and bankers.
 Analyze investment decisions for leasing, financing, buy/sell scenarios including analysis of cash flow models and property valuations and appraisals for properties ranging from ground up developments to stabilized operating assets.
