Process Payroll on or before deadline.

Validating Salary Claims and giving feedback to employees.

Preparing Salary Adjustment report for the cut off period.

Supervising Payroll and Time Keeping team. Also to review their performance.

Validating attendance of employees.

Entering all type of leave transactions in Payroll System.

Validating actual OT with approved OT for employees.

Updating employees master file in JDE along with the cost allocation sections.

Preparing Late & Absent Report & applying penalties as per company policy.

Preparing Leave Report (Vacation, Vacation returned, Sick Leaves, Local Leaves and other type of leaves).

Processing subcontractor’s time sheet.

Generating employee Nos. for subcontractor employees and later merging in TMS (Time Management System).

Updating the Subcontractors master file and making them active/inactive as per requirement.

Preparing Man-hour reports for regular and subcontractors employees.

Extracting data from Hand punch Machines and merging in JDE.

Validating all the errors before final process of Payroll.

Coordinating with HR Manager to solve all type of Discrepancies related to employees attendance or vacations.

Generating system reports required by HR (specially Saudization division) or line functions to aid decision making.

Monitoring employees In/Out activity through time keepers report and forwarding all the violations to HR/Admin Manager. Later deducting the same from total hours worked as per instruction from Higher Management.

Checks the correctness of different employee payments.

Verify all payroll transactions on the system according to the standard workflow and moving them to the next approval level to ensure timely salaries.

Revise all monthly entries on the JDE against approved documents e.g. employee leaves, overtime, various deductions and correct possible errors to secure accuracy of the payroll process.

Verify the leave entitlement for all leave requests prior to approval.

To Report promptly any system error or need to IT manager through Dept Manager and test new system initiatives to confirm their viability.
