• Periodical site supervision and oversee technical engineering staff to guarantee the successful completion of the project.
• Prepare final reports, as-built drawings, VOWD, Histograms, risk and schedules
- Assist and monitor the performance of the construction team namely, the Resident Engineers, Inspectors, Surveyors and Materials teams.
- Monitor progress against construction schedule and review the Contractor’s progress reports.,
- Performing field surveying, investigations and supervision.
- Develop the concept of value engineering by cost avoidance measures during the design phase.
- Implement, manage and coordinate all safety induction programs. Promote quality and safety consciousness.
