Managed daily operations of Cholro-alkali manufacturing plant. Closely monitored distributed control system (DCS) for brine purification process; inspected and coordinated maintenance work; and repaired equipment. Spearheaded and delegated the tasks of 20 technicians. Worked collaboratively with other subsection groups and top managers to optimize plant operations.
