Responsibilities :
• Promoting Bakery & Confectionery products and functional ingredients in GCC region(UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar).
• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new accounts.
• Research, analyze and develop food ingredient sales opportunities in B2B market.
• Establish strategic relationships with key ingredient buyers, product development, quality and management personnel.
• Develop long-term partnerships that result in increased sales and margins growth.
• Proactively approach and engage with all departments to execute business plans, resolve issues, and deliver products that meet or exceed customer needs and drive profitable growth.
• Work with internal technical, operations and product development personnel to assure alignment of sales strategy and product offerings within technical and operational capabilities.
• Develop and execute business plans on an annual/ quarterly /monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with regional distribution partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handling KSA and UAE market to tap Importer, whole seller, private label manufacturer, super market and hyper market.
• Coach and mentor distributor and channel partners to help in achieve sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• Refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activities to the top management within the organization to plan strategies for future growth.
• Collecting customer voice and identify market needs in view of defining new product development plans.
• Assist in regular competitive market research as needed and identify local competitive threats
• Prepare monthly sales forecasting, monitor sales metrics and sales performance to accomplish sales targets and business plans through S&OP engagement process.
• Doing market products visibility in coordination with local distributor’s and channel partners.
Responsibilities:
• Generated sales leads organically, as well as through customer referrals, Internet research and cold calling for various accounts.
• Taking new project with the help of food technologist and discuss commercial terms to execute sales.
• Budgeting and sales planning and market mapping to achieve the sales target.
• Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship.
• To provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management.
• Negotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales.
• Coordinate with logistic team to prepare CFR, CIF and FOB quotation for overseas buyers.
• Coordinate with customer and supplier for export/import document requirement and accordingly inform to concern department for smooth process of shipment clearance.
•Preparation of MIS reports like customer trends, utilization of vessel space and KPI report and monthly report.
• Prepare Export / Import related shipping documentation on the basis of instruction received by freight forwarder / exporter and maintain records.
• Review open customer orders and coordinates with freight forwarder / exporter for smooth operation to efficiently meet shipping schedule and inform the customers’ for requested shipping dates.
• Manifestation of shipping instructions received from freight forwarders & the exporters.
•Co-ordinate with customers and send the delivery order for his shipment.
• Negotiation for rates for shipments to ensure that we are getting the best possible freight rates.
