Job Profile:
• Working with client (PGM’s across sites) on business analytics to meet the performance expectations of Google Maps.
• Support decision making by assessing relevant data and identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Provide useful insights and recommendations which drives critical business decisions that lead to effective results.
• Streamlining a process/project by implementing and standardizing reports and dashboard highlighting operational metrics and business trends.
• Work with the stakeholders to setup, maintain and optimize performance analysis of the project.
• Providing guidance and mentoring the team on key business metrics and appraise them in meeting the client requirement and expectations.
Job Profile:
• Building queries on SQL using Google in-house interface on Big Data - ‘dremel’.
• Developed dashboards using PLX Interface and ABI (Actionable Business Intelligence).
• BI reporting by building interactive dashboards using Tableau.
• Automation of manual tasks by using shell scripting.
• Using data analysis to assist in improving quality and efficiency
• To work on various evaluations and analysis to improve the process
• Understanding and gathering requirements from PGM’s and Team Lead’s on the reporting requirements
