Plan, Organize, Lead and Control all the activities of the SMT.

Act as bridge among TCCR, Oxfam-GB, NDMA, PDMA, DDMA.
Provide Training and orientation to the project staff.

Hold meetings with Commissioner, MNAs, MPAs.
Conduct Regular Monitoring trips to project sites.
Ensure the proper execution of research by consultants.

Review proposals and progress reports and ensure benefit of activities.
To Lead and guide organization`s Project in BHP catchment areas.
Determine the strategic direction of the Project in all terms.
Ensure that program strategies are implemented in a coherent manner
To Coordinate and liaison with DoH and other departments.
Identify project challenges, pro-actively prescribe solutions.
Serve as an expert on technical work.
Assist program to develop systematic and realistic monitoring plans.
Build capacity of local communities, partners and staff on the LFA.
Coordinate compilation and dissemination of Annual and Q-Reports.
Preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes of different abilities.
Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining all records.
Researching new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge.
I Have done MBA in (HRM) from COMSATS Islamabad-Pakistan.
I did my B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce ) in 2009. From University of Sindh, Jamshoro.
