Provides first-level or end-user/customer support for computer systems, which may include software, hardware or Security systems. Troubleshoots hardware and software problems, assists users with desktop applications and provides user training. Installation and Commissioning of Security systems such as CCTV, Automation and Alarms. Promote and strategize Marketing the Company and selling Computer parts/unit, software and CCTV Cameras to respective client demands.

Support Telephone systems, which may include software, hardware or telecommunication systems (Alcatel-Lucent PABX). Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting activities related to Data Communication services and ADSL, PABX Key Systems, PC Skills and Networking. IP-PABX implementation, Commissioning and maintenance. Network equipment support for existing customers (Cisco and Alcatel routers). Assist in any project such as Contact Center Solution/PC deployment etc.. 24Hours and 7days a week on call service and Data backup operation at data center.

My job includes component level repairing of mobile Phones, troubleshooting and analyzing fault through radio testers, CRO's and Spectrum analyzers, software upgrades, troubleshooting and calibrations, knowledge of current & new products offered by the industry, familiar with the handling of the BGA Machines, and various communication test equipments, knowledge of the safety rules and ESD work methods.

Overseeing or delegate product/service management, hiring, finances, employees & an overall business plan to apply to the store as a whole, maintain the overall quality and day-to-day operations, ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping experience & completing many other duties necessary to run the store in an effective and efficient manner, see to it that each individual is adequately trained to fill their job title & supervise the work that they do, responsible for accounting of cash at the end of each day, maintains proper inventory levels of stocks, Install & configure workstations/laptops while providing efficient system usage, update and upgrade Mobile phone Software and tools for reprogramming
