• Overall in charge of supervising the Admission and Registration Department
• Monitor and update data records of students in hard copy files as well as soft copy records
• Administer the Learning Management System: student records, demographics, documentation, grades, graduation requirements, and transcript.
• Chair the Registration and Graduation Committee. Member of the Institutional Effectiveness Committee.
• Point of contact for official release of student id’s and demographic information, and the processing of transcripts and diplomas.
• Supports requirements for quality control, accreditation and compliance with MoHERS’s and ADEC policies including writing reports on student statistics, staff and program evaluation results.
• In charge of data reporting to Center for Higher Education Data and Statistics (CHEDS) and Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC).
• Over all in charge of student registrations and attendance. Ensure that students follow their study plans and that they meet the graduation requirements.
• Assists the Institutional Effectiveness department in updating manuals and handbooks for printing and release to students, faculty and staff.
• Handles students’ complaints and concerns regarding admission and registration.
• Updates and produce Registration related forms.
• Over all in charge of preparing class schedule, exam schedule and academic calendar.
• Supervising and monitoring activities before and during the Midterm and Final Exams.
• Supports the administration in any matter related to admission and registration if needed.
• Handles day-to-day administrative tasks and communication of the Admission and Registration Department across all the college departments.
• Over all in charge to student records and database. This includes filing and sorting of students’ documents such as admission archives, academic records and other miscellaneous documents.
• Overall in charge of updating, monitoring and reporting student transcripts, attendance and student database.
• Assisted the Registrar in data reporting to CHEDS, MOHESR and CAA.
• In charge of academic logistics such as student uniforms, IDs, printing of certificates and graduation ceremonies.
• Serves as point of contact to the students' queries and complaints. Ensure that the students received best service and assistance that they deserved.
• Assisted the Dean in academic related matters such as preparation of exam and class schedules, reporting and updating of college documents and monitoring of course files.
• Writes minutes of meetings, proposals, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
• Assisted faculty and staffs whenever necessary.
• Plans and organizes events for international affiliates visiting the UAE.
• Assisted the HR office in hiring and placement.
• Serves as point of contact and representative of the Office of the Vice President
• Handles the day-to-day operation of the Reception area.
• Receives phone calls and forward to the concern person or department.
• Answer queries and attend to the guests' needs.
• Assists the faculty and staff in any assistance they need.
• Ensure that the Reception is neatly arranged and well presented to the guests and students.
• Attends to the students’ requests and queries.
• Receives incoming documents such as fax and couriers and distribute to the designated departments.
• Serve as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
• Responsible in the company's marketing and promotions, using software for video and photo for editing and developing material
• Arranging both in-house and external events
