Responsible of handling different HR tasks related to payroll, recruitment and personnel management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment process from A to Z for any occurring vacancy (handling job postings and sourcing CVs, Screening, short listing, conducting interviews and selection, etc...)
• Seek out most talented candidates using effective search tools in order to secure the most qualified manpower according to need
• Handle orientation of new joiners
• Assist in developing an employees’ retention plan through creating and executing employees’ assessment and evaluation procedures
• Implement a new performance appraisal system
• Follow up on weekly and monthly employees performance evaluations to ensure their proper implementation
• Conduct Job Analysis, update job descriptions and KPIs
• Assist in the execution of payroll on monthly basis
• Monitor employees’ leaves records, and handle any documentations related to employees
Responsible to carry out a range of duties including recruitment, contract signing, attendance, NSSF registration, updating HR policies & procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop/draft and implement HR policies and procedures in the areas of training, performance management, compensation and benefits, incentives, recruitment, new-employee orientation, etc.…
• Work on developing the employee handbook covering company policies, disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, internal memos, company regulations and employees’ rights and responsibilities.
• Follow up on employees’ performance appraisals and coordinate training needs or promotions/incentives accordingly.
• Updating job descriptions & KPIs
• Handle the recruitment process (screening, short listing, interviews & selection)
• Prepare & present offer contracts/regret and acknowledgment letters
• Manage employees’ attendance & leave balance
• Handle termination process tactfully (Notify and carried out required documentation for payroll changes, conduct employee exit interviews, etc.…)
• Process new hire paperwork including NSSF paperwork, and issuing salary certificates, work certificates and other documents requested by employees according to need
• Respond and handle any HR related matter
Responsible for driving the recruitment process and implementing all aspects of the resourcing practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Implementation of recruitment objectives and policies
• Assist in the preparation of manpower plan & accordingly prepare monitor and control an efficient recruitment plan
• Receive all the job applications, search recruitment sources (such as local database, company applications files, online recruiting agencies, etc.) to find suitable candidates
• Proactively plan and manage recruitment for all positions within the relevant departments; including managing attraction campaigns and candidate sourcing, short listing candidates, skills & personality testing, behavioral interview assessment with line manager and offer negotiation
• Prepare offers of employment for candidates and required documentation for new hires
• Ensure that recruitment is in line with the labor laws and legal/administrative requirements
• Arrange for test & interview appointments with the short listed candidates for testing and administer test
• Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants
• Generate HR data analysis and reports as requested by the Manager (such as staffing level, turnover reports, operation & head office structure, performance evaluations & ratings, etc.)
• Administer and maintaining a recruitment tracking system to provide up-to-date information at all times
• Assist in the handling of employees problems and complications
