■ Managing and designing architectural and landscape design like Area Development, Urban Planning, Recreational Parks, Commercial and Residential landscape, Streetscape, includes hard landscape, soft landscape, irrigation, lighting, swimming pool and water feature design.
■ Coordinate with the clients/ client representative and discuss the proposed landscape conceptual design intend.
■ Reviews and analyzes detail drawings and plans to ensure quality of work and project feasibility.
■ Coordinates with Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP and other disciplines.
■ Responsible for selecting and preparing landscape material like hard landscape and plants species.
■ Conduct site supervision and inspection to ensure the design, material and site works are followed correctly.
■ Attend site coordination progress meetings with the clients/client representative, main contractor, project manager, contractors and other consultant involved in the project.
■ Makes recommendation and solution to the problems that occurred during the construction.
■ Review and check contractor shop drawing details before officially executing it to the site to ensure the drawings are correct, buildable and as per the scope of works.
■ Check material submittals from the contractor, related to hard landscape and soft landscape to ensure the materials are correct and as per the specified material specification.
■ Provide technical support in prepare drawings include Concept drawings, Installation detail drawings and administrative functions.
■ Handled a team of designers through all the phases of design on high priority designing projects.
■ Reports direct to the General Manager and Managing Director.

■ Review material submittals, related to hard landscaping and soft landscaping to ensure the materials are correct and as per the specified material specification.
■ Responsible for preparing hard landscape sample materials for workshop presentation and discussed to the clients and consultants.
■ Estimation and assist in making bill of quantity from the Tender Drawings and Approved Shop drawings.
