• Greet the Customerfirat before you start to sell/promote the product to the customer.
• Sales associate increase repeat business by providing excellent customer service
• Provide products or services to consumers.
• The sales representative may schedule a demonstration for one customer or for an entire group of prospects. After the demonstration, the sales Associate will hand out samples, if possible.
• The sales associate must use written, verbal and email communication to let customers know about upcoming and current sales.
• Must be available to help a customer find certain products, answer questions, and make every effort to complete the sale.
• perform financial transactions, operate cash registers, and package purchases. They set up advertising signs, mark price tags, and prepare merchandise displays.
• Sales Associate also stock shelves, take inventory, and report any missing merchandise to a manager.
• To generate weekly & monthly reports
