• Set up the foundation's training unit contains "9" computers (installing computers, Network).
• Set up computers for the foundation "8" departments which helped transferring files through the foundation departments faster.
• Created a data base for the General Health Department in the foundation so that they can monitor the children's health and be back to the database for any information needed.
• Created a computer recovery strategy for the foundation, which helped maintaining the computers fast which was highly commended by the management team.
• Resolved virus and malware issues with a 100% success rate.
• Resolved computer hardware and software, printing, installation, word processing, email and operating systems issues.


Training:
• Training children from the age 4 years (74 Child) with 93% successful rate.
• Training the staff on using computers which improved their working methods with 83% successful rate.
• Establishing educational seminars for the Foundation staff and visitors who want to learn about the uses of computers in their daily lives. (promoter and Lecturer)
