Doing a detection visit for a new client to determine the kind of pest found in the site and draw a plan using AutoCAD operator to start the treatment.
Direct the technical team for the type of pesticide to use in the treatment and training them how to applied the pesticides.
Searching for a new pesticide focusing on the active ingredient to get the best results.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the clients contains the places that has been treated and the type of pesticide used in treatment also we mention any recommendation and notes the client should consider to get the best results.
Prepare the company file for clients for ISO Audit .
Follow up with customer after treatment visit to decide the progress of the situation and the effect of treatment, and plan for QA visit for unsatisfied customer to focus on the problem and give some recommendation for both client and technical team to get the best results.
General Job Tasks:
• Direct and coordinate the company’s quality program, including the implementation of ISO9001 systems and procedures.
• Developed quality assurance plans by implementing HACCP principles:
conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; and monitoring inventories.
• Developed and enforced good manufacturing practice (GMP) systems and validated processes to assure consistent with quality standards.
• Selected the products with the highest quality standards, based on selection criteria, from samples provided by vendors of raw materials.
• Performed routine testing procedures, took samples to run appropriate tests such as:
1. Chemical tests: PH, turbidity, ozone percentage.
2. Microbiology tests: E.coli, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Yeast and Moulds, and Coliforms.
